Subject: Local Author Judy Hogan’s new murder mystery- “Killer Frost”

I have just finished reading Judy Hogan’s new book “Killer Frost.”-  It is the story about Penny Weaver- hired to teach composition at historically black St. Francis Collage- Even tho married, she falls in love with her boss, whose passion to save their ill-prepared students makes her protective when he’s accused of murdering the Provost.  I am not one able to keep secrets- Later on, I’ll tell you who-done-it-

This is Judy’s first murder mystery- it incorporates local areas in the story-  from Pittsboro to Raleigh-  and a lot about farming and chickens- Judy is a farmer in Moncure. She sure hits the nail on the head with the description of  spring weather and planting gardens  in this part of the country. She ties it all together in “Killer Frost”

The paperback book is available from Amazon and Mainly Murder Press- and most likely from Judy- I bought my copy direct from her.

P.S. Judy Hogan did it-   the writer of a murder mystery can murder and  get away with it.
