2nd Annual Chatham County Alzheimer’s’ Walk on September 29

Cambridge Hills Assisted Living along with Galloway Ridge at Fearrington invites you to become involved in the 2nd Annual Chatham County Alzheimer’s NC Walk.  This year’s walk will begin at the Chatham County Library in Pittsboro on Saturday, September 29th, 2012 at 10am with pre-registration at 9am.. Following the walk is a community carnival/resource fair so bring your family and a ton of fun!

The best part is that all funds STAY in North Carolina to support, educate, and improve the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease in local communities.

About Alzheimer’s disease:
