Subject: Jane and Alan window film recommendation
Concord window film I found online and they sent me film as ordered, changed the order when I saw I had too much backlight for the film to work, and took back the unused film and credited my account appropriately. Good service despite my ignorance.
Meanwhile, Walt Loerzet, 919-663-1229, learned how to apply the film and is still going to put some up on the few windows on the west side of the house I still think will be appropriate. He has always been reliable and honest, and I can just show him the job, turn it over to him, and pay his reasonable bill when he sends it.
Noticed that I could not automatically link to your email address to reply to Jane and Alan directly as we used to. Am I doing something klutzy or is this a change in the Charlist format?
