Subject: Deer & Coyotes & People
Lets shoot and kill the deer! Lets bow hunt and kill the deer!
Lets shoot and kill coyotes!
Is this the best answer we can come up with as a people?
Lets educate ourselves. The over population is the result of human beings.
We clear land and the best place for deer to feed is on the perimeter of any cleared area. So we are creating a great habitat for them. We are creating an easy way for them to proliferate. Our world is created to be balanced.
Look at how it works:
coyotes kill deer — this is a very good way to control over population
By killing the coyotes we will have an even higher increase in deer population.
Being indigenous myself (american indian) the land and the animals are sacred just like you and me. Why do human beings always think the answer is to kill kill kill????
Maybe take a look at why something is happening and find ways to bring it back into balance. What we have been doing obviously hasn’t worked, so lets try something different. I know as a people we can help to create a balanced & harmonious land for all of us to co-exist.
