Subject: fine dining has come to Pittsboro!
Last night my husband and I had dinner at the Oakleaf Restaurant in Chatham Mills. We were both blown away!! The food, I had the green salad and snapper – both wonderful. Fred had pea soup and brodetta – mussels, shrrimp and other
fish in a great broth. Wine list was very good.
Aaron, the general manager, made us feel welcome and made sure that all was to our liking. Philip, our waiter, was attentive, and prompt without hovering. Prices were very fair for this quality of dining experience.
We both agree that there is a lot of good food here in Pittsboro – but when you want a really nice evening out, at a fair price, we have it right here in our own “backyard”! Yeah!
