***Cardiovascular Exercise for Weight Loss – Wednesday, May 30th @ 2pm

Cardiovascular exercise is any exercise that elevates your heart rate and keeps it up for a prolonged period of time. Running, walking, biking and swimming are usually associated with cardiovascular training, as well as several sports such as soccer, basketball, and tennis. Learn how to effectively use cardiovascular exercise to burn fat and calories and speed up your metabolism.

The 30-minute session is free to everyone, but space is limited and registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 to register.
