Beth Hayes = Amen. We have switched to the PIG for all our shopping.
The long lines and new cash register counters at Food Lion is a JOKE! Plus I can not find most anything I need in the store……The Meat counter is a maze…..I can not read the prices or see the cuts of meats on the layered look shelving. I went after 2 things (squash and onions) yesterday and it took me 47 minutes to get in and out = no stopping to chat with neighbors etc…..
My daughter had went to Krogers and I went with her. She got a cart full @ $100 and I got around $50.00 worth = we were in and out in 32 minutes, + we stopped to sample cheeses and such on the floor whilr shopping! ~ Beth
