Dear Jeff,
Please take time to write a shorter letter.
Your important stuff gets lost in redundancy and bluster.
The commercial chemical concoctions used in fracking are highly competetive and mostly patented and those patents require precise listing of the compounds used. Some are harmless and some are terrifying.
The crucial item for North Carolina legislation is that what the drilling companies use should NOT be allowed to be hidden behind the claim of “proprietary” so that risks may be evaluated and preventive safety features may be accurately determined.
