Is eating a Subway sandwich while driving as dangerous as texting while driving?

I second Leela’s reply. Great that you are reaching out to the community.

Now if you could come up with a Goat Feta, Sun Dried Tomato, Aged Provolone, Sautéed Red Bell Pepper, Artichoke,  Portobello Mushroom, Bib Lettuce, Fresh Tomato and cucumber, virgin olive oil with a touch of Balsalmic vinegar, ground black pepper and a bit of  coarse Kosher salt  on caraway Seed Sub Bun, then I will personally move in with you and sleep on the floor.

Just kidding. Your subs are just fine..

I don’t usually admit something like this in public, but over the summer as I was driving back from Nova Scotia a Highway Patrolman pulled me over and asked me if I was texting. He said, “We saw you looking down and your car was moving from side to side.” And then before I could answer he said, “Oh I see!” Along with the remnants of shredded iceberg lettuce all over  my shirt  was the incontrovertible evidence on the seat beside me….a Subway Wrapper !
