Subject: Thanks to supporters of the Pittsboro Skate Park Efforts
We just wanted to say a quick thank you to all the public support of the Pittsboro Skate park this past weekend at First Sunday in downtown Pittsboro.
Families came out from all over Chatham: Siler City, Bear Creek, Moncure, and Pittsboro.
A BIG THANKS to Crusiers new Subway restaurant- they came out to supply fresh baked cookies and sub vouchers for the kids as they worked up a hearty appetite. Thanks to Mayor Voller and the Town council who allow us to be a part of first Sunday, to the volunteers, and to all the kids who came to skate, rip stick, and rollerblade.
We plan to be back out on the street for the next first Sunday, with good weather on order so come out and see us then. No experience?- No Problem, there’s always someone there to help with coaching and big bag full of safety gear and helmets on hand.
