Subject: Getting in Touch with Tritech
Has anyone else had an issue with calling or emailing Tritech? I have been trying to get ahold of them for nearly a week now, to see if they have a particular part, and I’m finding it impossible. They don’t seem to be answering phones or email from me.
Unfortunately, I can’t just drive or walk over there, and I’d rather not take Chatham Transit if I don’t know that they have what I need — I have a little money, but I don’t want to waste it.
The numbers I have been calling are the two on their website: (919) 200-6003 and (919) 663-2100.
Any advice would be appreciated.
