Local Edible & Medicinal Plants Class

Central Carolina Community College, Pittsboro Branch
Meet, eat, and drink some of the abundant edible and medicinal plants growing wild in the NC Piedmont. In this hands-on field study, we’ll cover identification, ethical gathering, preparation, and usage of foraged food and plant medicine. We’ll celebrate the arrival of fall as we explore a variety of local environments, including a visit to AbunDance Healing Arts Sanctuary.

Cost for the 7-week course is $66.25. Register in person or by phone at CCCC in Pittsboro: (919) 545-8044. Class size is limited…the  spring class had a wait list so register soon 🙂
