I have used them for years and will always continue to do so. Reliable and cheap in my opinion, given the amount of usage I have, and it more than pays for itself.
But the main reason I use them is that I have family members that I want protected.
Who really trusts insurance companies to provide proper auto service which is a sideline? I certainly don’t. They are in the “insurance” business!
My experience is that once you use insurance, you rates increase, or service declines, or you are dropped.
Hooray for AAA, a dedicated auto service provider.
