I’ve been a member for decades and have always had excellent results when I’ve needed them.  Luckily that hasn’t been too often. At times I’ve had to wait up to an hour, but that has been times like icy weather when they were really busy. My problems have mostly been dead battery, flat tire, or something mechanical where the car wouldn’t run.
