Went to the meeting at the Fearringtion Barn on what will be happening to Chatham county in the future.   Mr. Atwater and Mr. Hackney were at the meeting.  Hackey said that the bills concerning Chatham that were vetoed by the Governor would be over ridden no matter what.  It is interesting to read how these two voted on bills 709 and 781.

I could not understand how it could happen that what would  adversely affect the health and welfare of Chatham county as well as surrounding counties, could be let loose, in spite of all what is going on  in other states. Until today when listening to Fresh Air.

To those who are concerned about what will be happening to our county and WHY it has happened. Google Fresh Air, Terry Gross, NPR and the word ALEC.

Wake county, wake up, it will be coming to you too.

We have NO MORE clean water.  We are in bad condition now.  We need to protect what water is left in Chatham County.

  1. Really no water? Is it a weather problem? I have an strange feeling that it has got to do with global warming… just like everything does.
