OK, let me preface my comments by saying that I am not affiliated with any parts store beyond buying of the parts.
Also, I shop around.
I have had nothing but good to exceptional service from all the local parts places, both in PBO and SC.
Everyone has had a “bad’ (or perceived bad) experience somewhere, think about it. If I ran home, fired up the computer and wrote critiques every time I felt I got slighted…well, you get the idea.
The reason I am sensitive to this subject is that I am also in the service industry and I even have my off days, yes, yes it’s true!
And you may not believe this but some of my customers have been known to have off days too!
Like the man says “…it takes only one person with a personal bad experience to negate all the goodwill” so let’s be careful when we put fingers to keyboard.
