Goodnight Mark has the right idea by giving his experience with the parts store in the chatlist # 4088.

Businesses spend a lot of money on advertising to bring people into the doors…it takes only one person with a personal bad experience to negate all the goodwill.  I myself have noticed that the service industry isn’t.
