All current web browsers have some sort of “zoom” feature. In some you can magnify just text or the whole window and there are add-ons available that let you permanently set larger or smaller sizes for individual web sites. The most generic answer is to use your browser’s “Help” feature and search for “zoom.” Zoom is most often found under the View menu of the browser, which will also show you the keyboard shortcut.

A temporary solution, if your mouse has a scroll wheel, is to hold down the control key while moving the wheel away from you. This will temporarily magnify everything on your monitor, not just the web page. A permanent solution is to change the monitor’s resolution or use the tools some computer vendors provide for the visually impaired.

Google is your friend; try searching for “zoom web page” for your browser, e.g., “zoom web page firefox”
