Our daughter is thinking about purchasing a cottage home in Powell Place.
Can anyone give me feedback (both positive and negative) about this neighborhood?

We have one for sale. Cheap due to new Senior Apartments across the street.
PP is a safe and pretty place to walk and contains Pittsboro Town Park with trails, atheletic fields, a playground, and picnic area.
