Subject: New Italian Ice Business in Pittsboro
Hi,
I just started a small business in Pittsboro selling authentic Italian Ice. It’s a mobile vending cart that I dip the ice out of, much like ice cream.
If you’re not familiar with Italian Ice, it’s very smooth and flavorful, almost like a sorbet or sherbet. However, unlike ice cream, it is water based and contains no dairy and is also gluten free. My family and I can be found on Saturday evenings in front of Bella Donna’s Italian restaurant in Pittsboro as well as at the Pittsboro First Sunday events. Expanded locations and times will be posted when available.
