What a fun day our first First Sunday of the season in Pittsboro will be! There will be the usual arts & crafters on the sidewalk and some food vendors as well. Gregory Blaine and Rootzie will be playing outside in the Capital Bank parking lot.
At the Joyful Jewel, we are having live music. Rhonda Robichaux – Sultry vocals and smoky guitar ~ an innovative swampy blend of New Orleans blues, jazz, swing ~ classics and originals. Sunday, April 3, 2 – 4pm.
Next Friday, April 8 from 7 – 9pm, GEB, a 5- piece band playing original eclectic music is featured.
Hailing from Raleigh, the GEB play primarily their own songs, which resemble a mix of alt-country, jazz, with a little indie-rock thrown in.
Between songs, you’ll have the opportunity to browse, oohh & ahhh, and purchase art and fine craft from our now close to 80 local artists.
We heartily welcome brand new artists to our Community of Artists & Patrons – Shannon Bueker and Forrest Greenslade!
