Subject: Exceptional Parent Story Contest
We are now accepting submissions for our Exceptional Parents Story contest. If you know of someone that has a child/children with “different abilities” (regardless of age) write a 100 word or less story about why you think they are an Exceptional parent to their child. Story deadline is May 1st 2011. All entrants will receive a carnation with a note attached that says “Someone thought you were an Exceptional Parent”. This is a way of recognizing and giving back to all those families that work extra hard to give the best for their children that just need a little more.

The winning story will run in The Chatham News the week of Mother’s Day. All entrants on the list of stories received can pick up your carnations from 5-7 on May 17th.
