I’d like to thank Lee Pollard and his crew at Computer Therapy for being great technicians and a great asset to Chatham County. They helped out a friend of mine who needed a computer with one that had been donated to them by another fine citizen, asking only to spread the word of his efforts to accept old computers, re-furbish them, and give them to folks who don’t have the means to purchase new. This computer also came with all the software needed to surf the internet, write letters and receive email.
Pollard is the rare individual who sees a need, acts to fill it, and asks nothing in return. He is single-handedly bringing many people into the 21st century that would otherwise be left behind.
