Subject: Propane rates
Last year I made the decision to cancel my account with Ferrell Gas Co. b/c of their ever-changing high rates. Then someone put me in touch with their accounts sales person who could guarantee a low set fee all winter at $1.899/gall.
Sounds great, right?
Although the rate is great….getting a human being on the phone with their company to order a tank of gas or even to get a tank of gas before we ran out took an act of congress. After placing our first order in December we ran out of gas and couldn’t get in touch with anyone for three days. Their reply: “you’re on the truck route today”.
After the second order I had to call many many times before I finally got someone on the phone to inquire about my order 10 days later. Their reply once again: “you’re on the truck route today”. What a joke. I’ll go with any other company and pay any rate just to be rid of Ferrell Gas!
