No proof to support assertion that school reorganization will save $675,000

I read in the paper that the proposed savings from redistricting would be $675,000. I have found no math to support this and I am asking that it be made public. I want to make sure it includes the additional transportation costs and coversion of the existing K-8 school to a big middle school.. Also following is the 2010-2011 budget for

everyone to see. It looks like several cuts can be made in administration before redistricting is considered.
