Meet, eat, and drink some of the abundant edible and medicinal plants growing wild in the NC Piedmont with Community Herbalist Kim Calhoun. 

In this hands-on field study, we’ll cover identification, ethical gathering, preparation, and usage of foraged food and plant medicine. We’ll celebrate the arrival of springtime as we explore a variety of local environments, including a visit to AbunDance Healing Arts Sanctuary.
