New Balance Program being offered by the Council on Aging

Falls are the leading cause of injuries among seniors in the US. Falls are also the leading cause of death from injury among people 65 and over. The incidence of fall related hospitalizations is three times greater than any other cause. So what can we do to prevent falls? Here is the good news! The Council on Aging is looking for people who are interested in a new Balance Program being offered by the Council on Aging and Mobile Rehab Physical Therapy.

When: Friday’s beginning February 25th for 12 weeks

Time: 10:00- 11:00 am

Where: Western Chatham Senior Center, Siler City
