Start the new year with a free activity at the beautiful new Chatham Community Library:
Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 9:30 a.m.: Infant story time–stories and rhymes for babies ages birth to 2 years. Meets in the Lakritz story room.
Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 10:30 a.m.: Pre-school story time–stories and rhymes for children ages 3 to 5 years. Meets in the Lakritz story room.
Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 6:45 p.m.: Friends of the Library Book Club meets in the Holmes Meeting Room–new members are always welcome. This month’s discussion is The Lace Reader by Brunonia Barry.
Thursday, Jan. 6 at 6:30 p.m.: Library crafters’ group. Bring a snack and your needlecraft. Join fellow followers of the needle arts for an evening of needlework and conversation. Meets in the Holmes Meeting Room. New members are always welcome.
All programs are free and open to the public, registration is not required.
DID YOU KNOW? Library cardholders may use public access computers at Chatham Community Library for three hours a day. Time may be used all at once or in increments. Library cards are FREE–just ask at the circulation desk!
