Subject: Bushes and trees are a hazard to traffic in and around Pittsboro
Does anyone else have a problem pulling out on the Fairgrounds/School Bus Maintenance Road from Food Lion shopping center? That is a fairly narrow road anyway and with having to pull out so far to see around the bushes and trees, it is an accident waiting to happen. And there are other areas in town that the view is obstructed because of shrubbery/bushes/trees. Who would a person contact about this problem and expect to get an answer to the problem.
When the Credit Union was on the corner, there was not a light on that end and anyone could approach someone using the ATM machine. I don’t know if that ever happened to anyone else, but I was there once to use the ATM, and a male walked by my car and went into the tree/bushes area and so I just left. The credit union is not there now but the view is still obstructed for vehicles pulling out.
