I agree with all people that the Plenty is a waste of time and effort and I have researched that it is not county government backed. Just a circle of friends starting it. I also recieved the spam and after reviewing it most places that take it are highly specialized shops. No drug stores, no Dollar store, and such. Most average citizens do not patronize these places that take the Plenty.
I also think their heavy handed approach is not a nice thing and just divides people. There is nothing wrong with the good old American dollar. As an FYI I believe I have found a pro bono attorney to help stores get on board with the “buy Chatham” card.
