Subject: roof repair
We had a rubber roof put over our shingles Monday 8 june 2009, by a family from Greenville South Carolina. $1 per square foot and they did it in silver and put two coats. Did not leak yesterday! Call Jo Ann at my office, 663-2931, for their names and contact info or ask Walt Oerzel who supervised the job, at 663-1229. Have not done this before, but Walt has experience with rubber flat roofs. Our shingles were getting to 15 years and a bit fragile and our repair x 4 had failed. Guarantee is for 15 years and then you can repair with more rubber. Good luck.
