Subject: Spring into the GOP
The Chatham County Republican Party announced the details of the first annual Spring into the GOP Fair today. A fun filled day to be spent with family and friends on June 6, 2009 at the Chatham County Fairgrounds between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
*Fun will be had by all with a variety of activities that will be going on during the event. Face painting, children’s games, sales of arts and crafts and much more. If relaxation is what you are looking for, sit back and enjoy the summer breeze while listening to live entertainment. Good old picnic food will be available along with your opportunity to participate in the
50/50 raffle. As a special treat, only those present will have an opportunity to throw some pies at one of our local celebrities for a good cause.*”We felt it was time to add some fun into politics. This fair will be a great opportunity to enjoy a day with family and meet new friends regardless of political affiliation.” said Brian Bock, Chairman of the Chatham County Republican Party.
