Subject: Project Graduation 2009 Parent Meetings
Dear Parents and guardians of the Class of 2009 Seniors (and any other interested folks):
You are invited to attend one of the upcoming parent meetings about Project Graduation, the all night alcohol and drug free celebration for graduating seniors on June 12th.
Help us keep our youth safe on their special night by volunteering to help.
A meeting will be held in the Northwood cafeteria at 7 p.m. on May 12.
A meeting will be held in the Jordan Matthews media center at 7 p.m on May 14.
A meeting will be held in the Chatham Central auditorium at 7 p.m on May 18.
Feel free to attend the meeting that works best for your schedule. We need lots of help chaperoning and soliciting prizes.
We hope you can join us in planning for this special event.
