Subject: Anyone interested in forming a Pittsboro hand-drumming group/circle?
Are people interested in forming a Pittsboro hand-drumming group or circle, to meet on a regular basis and play hand drums?
I’ve participated in drumming groups in other cities I’ve lived in and it can be an informal, open and inviting way to learn hand drumming. It is fun, good stress relief, and musical and can involve a variety of instruments including hand drums, frame drums, other percussion instruments, and even accompanying non-percussion instruments. Tell me what you play or are interested in playing, and what days and times might be good for you. Also, if you have ideas of a good location to drum at where we would not be disturbing other people, that would be great also.
