Carnivore Preservation Trust has been a part of Chatham County for over thirty years.

We are a nonprofit wildlife sanctuary for big cats. We rescue and provide a life-long home for tigers, leopards, ocelots, and other animals and provide conservation education to the public. Thousands of people visit every year through public and private guided tours, birthday parties, field trips, and other special events. We also educate through community presentations to all kinds of groups and exhibits at community events. We have volunteer opportunities in every area, including animal care, tour guides, gift shop sales, construction,
fundraising, office support, and more.

Right now we have some special promotions going on-

1)      CPT-animal themed holiday cards by the box and individually in our gift shop

2)      Animal sponsorships, gifts in honor or in memory and gift certificates make unique gifts for the holiday season

3)      Make a meaningful gift this holiday season- host a Gold, Frankincense & Fur Holiday Party by December 31st to benefit CPT.

4)      Visit the CPT Paws & Shop gift shop the weekends of December 13th and 20th for handmade CPT ornaments and other special CPT gifts for your loved ones.

Call us for more information on any of these topics.
