Subject: RDU parking
Our experience with FastPark and Relax parking at RDU was excellent until check out when we were denied the the discount because we failed to present the discount coupon along with the credit card and parking ticket.
We were a bit distracted and had handed in the coupon maybe 30 seconds after presenting the credit card and parking ticket. Unless the coupon is handed over with the coupon, we were told, the discount could not be honored. This policy was confirmed by the supervisor. So we will go back to PreFlight.
