I’d like to say Thank You to the great folks at Chatham Mortgage for taking on my difficult refinance situation and going the extra mile to make it as easy as possible. Not only was Janet the only person to call me back, and I had called several other local brokers, but she took the time to find the best option for my situation. As a single mom of 4 under 6, this made a huge difference. My loan wasn’t a huge one (under 200k), it was a little complicated, and her incentive was truly helping a neighbor. If you need a competent and dependable broker, Janet or Luke will do their best for you. 542-4222.

In fact, I have been impressed by the people of Chatham in every way; I have never stood long by the side of the road with a flat without several folks stopping to help; I have never felt I couldn’t ask for advice or directions.
