Subject: Floorcloth Workshop
Learn how to paint a floorcloth. We will prepare a floorcloth from the cutting of the vinyl to the painting of the design. We will discuss some of the history of floorcloths while we prepare a 2’x3′ floorcloth. This is an all day workshop.
Location: North Carolina Arts Incubator Workshop located at 223 N. Chatham Avenue, Siler City.
Date: July 26th, Saturday
Time: 9 am – 4 pm with a lunch break (We will break for lunch. There are several places to eat within walking distance.)
Cost: $125 includes instructions, the floorcloth, and primer/base coat paints. Must pre-register by July 16th. At time of pre-registration, a materials list will be provided. The class is limited to six to eight, if more apply an additional date will be added.
