Subject: Chatham County Support Groups
The Chatham County Council on Aging are now offering three support groups in Chatham County.
Caregivers Support Group
The purpose of our Chatham County Caregiver Support Group is to come together support of others as well as one’s self. We gather to share experiences and information in support of each other.
The Caregiver support group meets:
3rd Monday of each month at 6:00pm
Eastern Chatham Senior Center
365 NC Hwy 87 North
Pittsboro, NC 27312
Diabetic Support Group
The goal of our diabetic support group is to support and inform Chatham County residents on how to manage your diabetes. The group has speakers come on a regular basis to inform on diabetes education, diet, and more.
The Diabetic support groups meets:
In Pittsboro: 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00pm
Eastern Chatham Senior Center
365 NC Hwy 87 North
Pittsboro, NC 27312
In Siler City: 1st Thursday of each month at 10:00am
Western Chatham Senior Center
112 Village Lake Dr.
Siler City, NC 27344
