Wont be much development until they find a a way to provide more water and waste water treatment . They are blocking new business and some home permits now due to lack of it . Siler City allocated so wastewater to wolf-speed they cant allow any new restaurants or homes to be built . Several folks bought property in Siler that was already a business then go to get permits to reopen as a restaurant to be shut down by the town .
