We are happy to announce that the Joyful Jewel will be re-opening beginning this week. We’ll be on hand Wednesdays – Saturdays, 11am 5pm (closed Sun., Mon. & Tues.) . We are very much looking forward to seeing you in person again!. We will also be resuming Beth Bale’s popular watercolor classes. There will be a 3-hour introductory class on Sunday June 14, $30; and 6-class series for beginners and for intermediates will start on Sundays thereafter, $120.
Here’s what we are doing to help ensure safety. Masks are required and available in the front of the shoppe to borrow if you don’t have one with you. Sanitizing will be necessary as well, so bring your hand sanitizer or use what we have in the front of the shoppe. We will be wearing masks too and cleansing frequently. The shoppe is marked with arrows for one-way aisles and the check out area is marked with 6′ waiting distances and an acrylic shield. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions for this.
We will continue to send out a weekly email catalog of art that can be a bit of beauty for your day, and a method for you to purchase art which you can pick up (curbside is possible) or have mailed to you — or delivered to your porch if you are in the Pittsboro area.
