Was here at wally today.
Out of 7 registers only one was open. When asked for another cashier, we were ignored at first 8 buggies in line, seniors all. Two finally went to self check. Finally a second cashier opened.
Wally doesn’t care. Had a wally phone, went to get a replacement case. They no longer carry a case for that size……in other words they dont care if they do not provide the parts to the phone you brought ftom them.
This way they force you to buy another phone, gee why would that be? Could it possibly be $$$$$$$$?
I am sure Wally’s founder is flipping around his grave knowing what his descendants did to his store. Worse then the other retail store he wanted to outclass with lower prices and customer services.
