Summer Fest is coming July 2nd, 3 to 8:30 pm in the Pittsboro town lot across from Postal Fish Company. Here’s what you need to know:
The event is free to the public! Kids’ Zone with balloons, hula hoops, inflatables, etc. Three bands, including headliner Chairman of the Board! First Sunday vendors, alcohol vendors, and several food vendors and options.
New this year! Amateur BBQ pork butt contest- up to 8 contestants; judges prize and peoples’ choice prize; registration required HERE:
Beard & Mustache contest- no need to register. Just show up that day.
Favorite Fruit Pie Contest- All around best pie, gluten free, and low/no sugar categories; no need to register. Just bring your pie and check in at the PBA booth.
