Well, yet another Fedex delivery confirmation email, that’s not in line with reality, has reached my inbox.
And, yet again, for a Chewy.com shipment.
So, I again emailed Chewy in response, as they invite us to do, to let them know, again, what’s happened. One thing I am sure to include in each email or call to a vendor I’ve lost a package for is to reemphasize to them that the zip code 27312 is being so poorly served. This time they said they’d file a complaint directly with FedEx. I encourage everyone to let your vendors know repeatedly our zip code so that maybe local action might just happen to improve this crappy service… I told Chewy the bottom line is: “you’ve got my money but I got no box” and that I may have to take my shopping elsewhere as much as I really don’t want to…
