Hello. Our lunch this week by Chef Vaughn and team will be Cheese Beef Burritos with a specially created Pico de Gallo sauce, Spanish rice, three bean salad, mixed green salad and dessert. We will have a vegetarian and gluten free offering also.
To all who been so kind with your donations to help support the Lunch each week – thank you so much. I hope you can see your kindness at work we served 135 meals last week.
A special thanks the to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints who have been so generous with food donations. To Lil’ Rooster Farm with their beautiful hydroponic lettuces, Willy’s Cinnamon Rolls, Phoenix Bakery desserts and Panera breads. These people have cared about our community in support of the Lunch and we’re all very grateful.
