Just a reminder:
When you see that ignorant motorist toss a cigarette butt, or something else, out the window, write down the license number, date/time, and
location, then fill out the Swat-A-Litterbug form at NCDOT
Supposedly, the person will get a letter explaining fines for such activities, should they be seen by the police.
