Once again, CenturyLink is the topic!
Problems with DSL, spent 2.5 hours on the phone with off-shore people, dropped calls, endless loops of automated call systems, techs and customer serves just flat out lying to end the call and obtain their call indexes!!!
Bottom line on 6/22, I only wanted to open a ticket for noise on my line, which is so bad that the DSL cannot stay up. After 2.5 hours, countless conversations, the outcome; they will have a tech to my location on July 17th!!!! Can you believe it is going to take them 3.5 weeks to just get a tech out!!!!
Had a problem with Direct TV and the tech was there the next afternoon and before he left it was up and running again.
