Any chance someone can explain this to me? Last year Jim Crawford was pretty adamant that the Board needed to expand[1] because of all the work and now there isn’t enough to do to hold a meeting?
Seems odd. Is there any record on how often a Board meeting gets canceled? I can’t remember one in recent memory (at least due to lack of business).
