Subject: Excellent and Unique Presentation on the End of Times
I have a very exciting opportunity for your churches. For 14 years I have been a college professor of Old and New Testament. My last two classes were though CCCC’s Continuing Education department, one night per week for 3 hours. My last class on the book of Revelation just finished.
For this class I chose a member of my church who has a great passion and knowledge on the End Times to teach it. I had no idea what to expect and it was his first time teaching. It was AMAZING. He and his wife worked as a team, she acting as his reader. What was unique was that he used three color coated charts. The first was on Revelations; the second on the book of Daniel; the third on all other bible references. As he traveled through the timelines and put up the charts, his lines and colors all lined up. He had even made a color statue of Daniel’s vision. When it was laid on its side, it too lined up. I have taught this for 14 years but this was easily the most effective and eye-opening.
These Continuing Ed students, all seasoned Christians and church attendees, were captivated and amazed. People can read Revelations, then read Daniel, then all the other places in the bible were the End Times are mentioned. But the impact of seeing them all together in front of you and how they tie together and line up is not easily seen by the separate readings. I asked if they would be interested in doing this for other groups and they said yes.You may contact me if you would like your group to experience this. I think it works best just as they did it, a 3 hour session with a break, or maybe two short breaks. However he said he could modify it for two 90 minute sessions, or three one hour ones. I personally think getting it all at once is the best way; the three one hour ones the least effective way, especially if anyone missed one of them. They will gladly to it for free. I wanted this very special and really brilliant presentation to be offered, and to encourage them to use their passion and their gift.
