Subject: Chatham Habitat Youth Project Day and MLK Service Day
Do you want to make a difference in your community this New Year? We have a few upcoming events to get you started.
January 12 – Youth Project Day – Our youth project days allow youth (between and including those ages 8 to 16) to become involved in the work of Chatham Habitat and have an impact on the community around them. During the event, volunteers will work on unique and fun projects which will contribute either to the Chatham Habitat ReStore or the construction of homes.
January 19 – MLK Day of Service Build – To celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. and his dedication to service, volunteers will help build a home for a family in need. (This will occur the Saturday before the national MLK Day of Service)
